LOUIE CALVIN KLEIN
MageGender / Sexuality:
Male / HeterosexualAge:
Arrogant, entitled, wild, and materialistic, Louie is what most people would call a greedy prick, all wrapped up in a deceptively pretty package. He believes himself to be a perfect person, flawless in character, the diamond in the rough, and the world to be his oyster. His want for things is almost competitive—if someone has something of value that he does not, he must have it. If there is a place on the planet he has not stepped foot on but others have, he must go and enjoy its pleasantries to the fullest extent. To Louie, his desire and greed could never put a limit on how many people he'd trample over to get what he wants, and there are very few boundaries he would not cross to achieve this, even by deadlier means. Although his wealth is but a fraction of what it used to be, he still walks through life with all the glamour and things
he can afford. Without possessing possessions
, there is a terrible hole in Louie's heart.
That being said, despite his awful personality, his good looks aren't the only reason this package is deceptively pretty. Louie is known for his charisma—his ability to draw people in and keep them there through means of a good time. He's an extroverted party animal who knows how to have fun by most people's standards, and if you can keep up with his thrill-seeking, mischievous dates, and hang-outs, he can often appear as reliable and even good-hearted. His history of manipulation and deception have allowed him to read or even see through people, making him charming.
Five years ago, Louie could not possibly control his temper. He'd lash out at the smallest slight. Today, while he has very little tolerance for anything or anyone that challenges his reality or perception of himself and the world, years of maturing have only given him the gift of patience and plotting. Honest, passionate, meticulous, domineering, and "smooth", Louie has learned ways of keeping his perfect perception of himself and the world he owns exactly how it should be. History:
Entitled, narcissistic, arrogant, and rude beyond belief, it's hard to imagine Louie as someone other than the man he is now, but it wasn't always this way. In another world, he was born into an affluent family in a wealthy country full of aristocrats and well-to-do people, where learning the do's and don'ts of business was as essential as reading and writing. The people of his country cared about reputation and prestige more than anything else, and Louie knew that better than anyone.
As a young boy, Louie was actually quite anxious and warm-hearted, but his mother's constant comparisons made between him and her friends' children burdened him. Desperate to please his mother, Louie worked hard in academics. He won awards, aced tests, and even became valedictorian of his class, but it was never enough. There was always someone
who did something better than him, and his mother took notice of their achievements before Louie's. It finally came to a point where his mother started comparing Louie his closest friend at the time, Warren.
Warren was good at sports, and while Louie hadn't previously cared for athletics, he asked for his friend's tutoring anyway in order to get his mother's attention. With his best friend's guidance, Louie's performance skyrocketed. He was able to beat all of his peers up until regionals, eventually surpassing Warren himself in a competition. Winning the regional championship had caught his mother's attention, just like Louie had wanted, and had even landed him high on the social totem pole among his peers, but at a great cost.
Warren's defeat in the regional championship destroyed his own reputation, and he was bullied relentlessly. One day, Louie and his new friends had crossed paths with Warren, who was being beaten and ridiculed by others on a street. When he looked to his closest friend for help, Louie kept walking, fearing that standing up for his friend would result in his own bullying, and he would lose all of the statuses he had worked so hard for. Later that year, Warren killed himself.
Louie was never the same after that. His personality took a dark twist, and he developed a superiority complex alongside a narcissistic personality disorder. He began to care less and less for pleasing his mother, eventually coming to hate her, but still had this terrible desire to win
. To take
. To be better
than everyone at everything. The world was his oyster, and people that surrounded him were only extras in his story.
His life in his homeworld was full of glamour and hatred, where he made enemies and found treasures. He committed atrocities at the smallest slight, and escaped punishment through his family's rich resources. His power grew immense, and the threats he encountered were becoming mightier and mightier, and at the climax of all of his hatred and anger, he was suddenly transported to this strange and foreign realm--Vyldimere.
It's been five years since his arrival, and much of what's happened since then has been shrouded in mystery. By unintentionally helping the owner of a wealthy chain of restaurants, he fell into her good favor and was able to open a bar of his own in Engloria. Likes:
