Cosmopolis, once a typical American metropolis, became a hot spot for super powered activity. Heroes in The Protectorate fight to maintain peace and order; evil villains in The Syndicate seek control for their own evil gain. Vigilantes operate by their own moral code, answering to no one but themselves and their own conscious.



Heroes protect, villains destroy, and vigilantes operate in the gray areas between good and evil.
